Updated: October 15, 2020
This information is to update you regarding Lee Spring’s response to the unfolding novel COVID-19 Coronavirus health emergency with respect to business continuity. Lee Spring’s first focus has been and remains the health and safety of our employees and to public safety. We are also grateful for the critical role many of our customers are playing in the battle against this pandemic, and we are committed to support you in these efforts.
A few updates on what we are doing right now:
• WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Lee Spring is a member of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’s) Critical Manufacturing Sector and deemed an Essential Business during this critical time. We have taken proactive measures to address the challenges that COVID-19 brings and avoid any disruption to our services.
• We are working hard to protect the health of all our employees and stepping up health and safety efforts in our manufacturing plants. We are making adjustments to the way we work in these facilities including more frequent daily cleaning, split shifts and reducing access inside our facilities.
• Employees that can work from home are now doing so and are fully functional and available and ready to support our customers.
• We remain committed to supporting the essential needs of our customers that are helping to support this health emergency.
We will address customer needs on a case-by-case basis if there are specific disruptions. Lee Spring offers redundant manufacturing and operations both domestically and globally and we have a business continuity plan with the ability to shift manufacturing to various locations as needed. The Lee Spring teams will continue to actively monitor this dynamic situation and will continue providing necessary updates.
We value your business and appreciate your understanding during this global health emergency.
